June THAM is back from Aussie! So happy , went down to the airport to 'fetch' her. Haha, she didnt change one least bit.

Today,we went to give baby val a surprise at her place. I threw in her present and she thought a kid threw that into her home. -___-" and the best part was, she didnt dare to open the package. HAHAHA

Hope she loved the new piece that we bought for her, I like it alot! wanted that for myself too. And and, I was so inspired by her to learn the electone. The sound effect of the electone is so interesting, not to mention it's 11K.

It's been awhile ever since my past entry.. Currently,I'm 21, someone bursting with energy and mind packs with overflowing ideas.. Plus, lots of free time! It's difficult to get people to hang out over tea, or just to lay down a mat and have a pinic. 6 more days and I'll be starting school and living in the hostel with my inseparated soulmate-Hunny. Haha

Should be rested enough mentally and physically..

Chanced upon this book in the library, on a 26 yr old lady who decided to voulnteer herself for a year at a place in Himalaya. I borrowed this book as I wanted to volunteer myself for a 21 days event in India, this coming dec. However, my dad objects to my idea. I really love the idea of been plunge into a foreign land to explore the meaning of life/ or simply to feel fresh again.

I feel old enough to travel alone. Please let me do it.
How i hope I could just grab my luggage and travel alone tomorrow.
Peharp, when Im old enough to fight for my freedom, I would just go to some secular place on Earth to set up a village school. Hhaha.. been harbouring that sort of thought..

Hunny , first appeared on my doorstep,followed by June and Valerie. I was again being surprise-attacked by my dear friends again. Yes, I knew my birthday was already a history. BUT, thanks to June' forgetfulness, I got this surprise.

It's was meant to be a surprise for June as well ( which I didnt know of).

Her birthday is coming, and we're so gonna celebrate it for her next Monday, before she left for Aust.

THE CREATION OF THE TEACHER

The Good Lord was creating teachers. It was His sixth day of 'overtime' and He knew that this was a tremendous responsibility for teachers would touch the lives of so many impressionable young children. An angel appeared to Him and said, "You are taking a long time to figure this one out."

"Yes," said the Lord, " but have you read the specs on this order?"

TEACHER:

…must stand above all students, yet be on their level
... must be able to do 180 things not connected with the subject being taught

... must have more time for others than for herself/himself

"Well, " said the Lord, " it is not the hands that are the problem. It is the three pairs of eyes that are presenting the most difficulty!"

The angel looked incredulous, " Three pairs of eyes...on a standard model?"

The Lord nodded His head, " One pair can see a student for what he is and not what others have labeled him as. Another pair of eyes is in the back of the teacher's head to see what should not be seen, but what must be known. The eyes in the front are only to look at the child as he/she 'acts out' in order to reflect, " I understand and I still believe in you",
without so much as saying a word to the child."

"Lord, " said the angel, " this is a very large project and I think
you should work on it tomorrow".

"I can't," said the Lord, " for I have come very close to creating something much like Myself. I have one that comes to work when he/she is sick.....teaches a class of children that do not want to learn....has a special place in his/her heart for children who are not his/her own.....understands the struggles of those who have difficulty....never takes the students for granted..."

The angel looked closely at the model the Lord was creating.
"It is too soft-hearted, " said the angel.

"Yes," said the Lord, " but also tough, You can not imagine what this teacher can endure or do, if necessary".

"Can this teacher think?" asked the angel.

"Not only think," said the Lord,. "but reason and compromise."

The angel came closer to have a better look at the model and ran his finger
over the teacher's cheek.

"Well, Lord, " said the angel, your job looks fine but there is a leak. I told you that you were putting too much into this model.
You can not imagine the stress that will be placed upon the teacher."

The Lord moved in closer and lifted the drop of moisture from the teacher's cheek.
It shone and glistened in the light.

"It is not a leak," He said, "It is a tear."

"A tear? What is that?" asked the angel, "What is a tear for?"

The Lord replied with great thought, " It is for the joy and pride of seeing a child accomplish even the smallest task. It is for the loneliness of children who have a hard time to fit in and it is for compassion for the feelings of their parents. It comes from the pain of not being able to reach some children and the disappointment those children feel in themselves. It comes often when a teacher has been with a class for a year and must say good-bye to those students
and get ready to welcome a new class."

"My, " said the angel, " The tear thing is a great idea...You are a genius!!"

I practically spent my whole day in the west part of Singapore today.
I'm so surprise by what life has to bring. Somehow, I feels that everyday seems to be something new to me. Maybe I'm getting more philosophical in my thoughts, or rather I'm getting old.

I really feel that I'm so shelther in my own environment and I cant stretch myself.
I dont even know that Biodiesel existed?! I had already been thinking for days, how can wasted vegetable oil be refined into diesel for vehicle.

WHich is like so crappy? How can I not know of such alternative fuel when the world is facing a depletion of natural resources. Frog in the well. AHHHH
Yea, the world is big and it's not about how much you dont know, but how much you want to know. INSPIRE* by my own quote for the day. *wink*

You know, I was like thinking would it be weird if I start talking to strangers?
I'm really very curious about how people lead their life and what they actually do. Call me crazy, but I think I grow faster as an individual this way. There's too many things, too little time and pathetic enough courage to try all things.

5 June 2009 : The day I turn 21

I report to work as usual. This time around, it's a trip to the hydroponic farm which I didnt really resent the idea. Following was buffet lunch at Orchid Country Club.

- The firemen hat that was selling for only 40cents.

I supposed I blended quite well with the background at the country club. Mao mao and I were bored after lunch and we found this supposedly ' shady' place to sit and 'tai tai' around.

See, i cant even open my eye to take a nice picture.

My level head, quite a nice lady .

Shamala suddenly screamed and gave me a squashy hug! She led the birthday song and of course I was quite taken aback, quite happy too lah. HAHA. Who know, after that, she dragged me to the vegetable auntie and said " Today is here birthday, can you give her another packet of vegetables?"

Oh my goodness, haha, and she did not give any. Rather, she gave me a pot of Japanese rose. So, my holiday assignment will be tending to my dearie plantie.

So after the trip, I went to Ubi driving center to get my license. I hope they label the issue date as 5 June 2009.I can officially drive now, pass me your car and let me drive , if you want to experience life.

Back home, mummy put on the key necklace and cooked vermicilli with red eggs for me.
I decided to pass down my mum's key necklace and vesire's tiara to my future daughter when she turns 21. Vesirian, maybe you all could consider that too. HAHA

Dinner time, daddy sent us to Bak Cafe @ changi. It's a pity that we didnt take many pictures as the place was rather dark. We didnt want to spoilt the whole atmosphere with the irritating flash. I thought what's more important is to have unetached memories rather than lotsa of pictures taken meaninglessly.

Then, I kepy receiving wl's sms asking me what time I would be back home. Little did I realise that he had a plan together with the Vesire. So, I rushed to the void deck after my dinner only to see him passing me this..

I got a shock when I saw puzzle pieces inside and he handed me a card. LOL
I thought he was going to confess, cause he did this to his gf before. But, it turns out that I think too much. HAHAHA

but when he passed me tha card he tricked me and said that he was going to confess.
At that moment, I think I would faint if Michelle and the rest didnt pop out in time.
HAHA so it was a prank.I didnt see through if cause his acting skill was gd. Good game ah, ah tootz.

So, I said thanks and waved bye before rushing back home. Only to find another surprise waiting for me. The moment I opened the door, I saw a table with a cake and a bouquet of flower. My living room was darken only to be brighten by the 3 candles.The least I could know is, my friends were just right behind.OMG

yea, really thanks them for the planning with my sister. I thought I only had the cake cutting 'ceremony' with my family.

I enterained them through the night with the same old pieces on my piano while they fixed the puzzle together. Maybe Wondergirls have more charm, Nobody was the theme song for the day and everyone forgotten about my good old canon in D.

Thanks everyone for making my day a memorable one. Gonna have a poolside next year!

It was one of my most fruitful day yesterday. I woke up feeling very energetic and the weather was so good. It actually tempted me for a RUN, a run without breakfast! Of course, it was a bad move, I had no energy after I reached 2km.So much of being a big GAGA and jogged my way with a smile on the face. HAHA!

Following up, was my piano lesson and meeting with June and hunny at Cityhall. After which, we headed back East to meet the Vesire. Yesterday, was one of the best talk ever I had with them. EVeryone was laughing real hard, obviously, I cant even remember what I laughed about.

Dear All,

Countdown to my 21st will be 11days more. I have no plans yet, but being an impromptu person, I bet I'll have something.
Yeah! So I finally get my hand on the driving license before I turn 21. Today's driving experience was tottaly a bizzare.

To kick start my 21st birthday, I asked someone out for dinner =)
and and someone asked for my number today, this 21 yr old guy frm NTU. We were talking in the video room while waiting for the video to be played. We chat for about half an hour and I guess we click quite well. He even taught me how to read Japanese Character( He took out his Japanese Elective WS) HeeHEee, btw he's from Huazhong JC. =O I was quite impressed.

Workwise, I'm really taking thing at my own pace now. It's nearing the end of the term and I'm so physically drained. Very tired! I hope this week ends well and I wouldnt miss any of my task.

Alright, was on MSN with hunny and she told me that she was so inspired by Michelle's inspiration quotes. I saw the same enlightenment in Yanlin when I went to her blog. Actually, I was quite inspire too!

It it all have to do with age, about growing up? After so much that had happened, you tend to take things easy as you really dont have to take things so harshly upon yourself. It might be right, take a step back and you can have a broader view.What's the use of increasing your pace in life when you could only live each day once.

Don't you ever find that everyone is so aloof now? I am naive to think that I'm a super duper shanshine girl who can crap and entertain people. I even talk to strangers now when I'm alone/bored ( eg: In the lift, waiting for my driving test )
Or smile at strangers when there's eye contact ( Not ALWAYS, but if someone is looking for long , or close enough, I'll smile)

I was quite taken aback today when my collague told me over the dinner that my crappyness at times are irritating. I am puzzled, cause I thought usually laughters or -___-" face followed after my crankiness. I used to that I'm funny, so I was wrong. When I defend by saying " I always speak like taht to my friends"

She questioned on the numbers of friends I have.

I hope I didnt offend any Vesirian.

Lesson Learnt
1. It's alright to be friendly, But Know your limit, over-friendliness denotes insincerity.

Man are like shoes. When you are young, you go for striking, high heel shoes,walk around showing off despite the pain. As times pass, a comfy shoe is all you need to meet the need daily.

I talked to someone today who changes my perspective towards life and education today. She told me how ill our education system is, where the strong get stronger, and the weak get weaker, cause they cant catch up.Something that is true as I had seen with my eyes. At times, failer are deem as forever failer. It is sad that our
kids
have to deal with all this stress where they cant learn happily. I actually cry with my pupils in class one day after returning them their test paper, after one boy cried out loud when he had 25/50.

He started to cry and said his parents will slap him and such. To my surprise, the whole class started " how you dad hit you?"
" My childcare give me so much work"
" I do my tution Hw until I want to die"

Peharp, I was too emotional. I cried too as I felt that I was a lousy teacher. I cant save their result and didnt make learning enjoyable.
It's a heartache. I cant do anything to help but stress them by counting down days to exam.

WooHoo~ it's a sweltering,hot Saturday when we made our way to Sentosa.
Initially, I was still grumbling as I woke up 7 am in the morning.Nonetheless, I believe I should stop functioning solely just for my kids. Vivo is so different from what i thought, when I went up to take a tram over to Imbiah. My impression of vivo used to be just a big malls splattered with high end brands. National Geographic is a coo addition, quite mystery too. Guess, I would linger there longer if not for my Aunt who don't appreciate such setting.

We were busily taking photographs on the beach until one ang moh suddenly ran and posed beside my cousin. Too bad, my shutter couldnt catch him in it. He appeared only when I had finished taking the picture. My sister went crazy when he offered to take a picture for all of us. " COOL PICTURE" was commented after that. I dont see how cool our picture was, when my eyes was closed. -____-"

Should sign up for the luge ride licensce.

Love the skyride, took it at night to catch the night view and hopefully the magic on the sea show. My battery died on me! Couldnt take more picture on the skyride. =(

I did feel a little stressful as I'm leading my aunt,sis and cousin to all the attraction. Worried abt the long distance that they have to walk, or time spent if I made a wrong move. Kanchiong spider.

The admission fee was quite worth it, see you can even touch the fish in the tank.
Their touch pond was AWESOME.
They have starfish , baby shark, pufferfish and colourful fishes. I only touch the starfish! The puffer fish blew itself up when I tried to touch it, despite of the sign " Dont be afraid, I'm not poisonous", I couldnt overcome my fear to touch it.

The stingray touch pool was also another fear factor for me! Their stingrays were at least 1 m long okay.. and they swam swiftly. I DIDNT DARE TOUCH IT, althought the displayed ones werent fatal. * GASP*

Nice jellyfishes~! I laughed when I read something that says...

" Sea birds and some fishes feed on jellyfish. Often, many millions of seabirds and fishes were died every year after choking on plastic bag which they mistook as jellyfish"

Work seems to take up the major portion of my life now, everything has been sacrifice for people whom i hOpe will appreciate. Nah, I'm not trying to act noble or even to be one. How true it is that a teacher often burns itself like a candle to shine out to others... ah, she did inspired me , but i'm exhausted from all those burning. Any shorter, I'll die okay. Haha

Anyway,my day was brighten up yesterday when I receieved a nice organizer from annoymous who only leave a note
" Dear Hui Shan, enjoyz ... =) "

and today I saw a packet of lunch on my table ! Yea.. I admit I do imagine a secret admirer HAHA but I found out that it was the auntie who left the lunch for me. As for the organizer, I have no idea.
But, it's happy that they actually share their things with me.

I was walking through the car park to get to school one day. AND I SAW THIS SIGHT.
These yellowish flowers just keep falling off from the trees as the wind blew. So, I stood under the tree just like the character in the Enid Blyton story which illustrated that the girl believe in catching a fallen leaf to bring a year of happiness.

My colleague even pointed that there was something on my hair when i reached school - yellow flower - evident of me acting cute under that tree.

It's my first ever experience on rock cimbing today! Still being the usual paranoid shan, I eventually decided to give it a try , no matter how scary this 'extreme' sport might be. =)

So, before i get out from the house to set on my 'adventure'. I actually went to surf for some related articles to calm my nerves on any potential accidents, and precautious measure.

Climb Asia is located at the Civil Servant Club. I was rather enchanted by the climb asia place, looked at how the way they displayed the stuffs. Suddenly, I really felt that Huishan is really cool! How can she do rock cimbing. WTH ahhahaha

They have this indoor gym for rock climbing, and this is what one of the gym looks like. They have another one at level 3, by the way, this is at level 2. I heard that this is rather challenging as you have to arch your body and blah bah ( cant rmb).

So,I registered. Here the problem comes, I'm below 21. HENCE, my colleague had to sign the declaration form for me. SO FUNNY! HAHA. Got my shoes and harness from the counter. I think the shoes is special in a way .. it feels like your toes are being squashed and slighty arched. Janna told me that I should felt that way, so that I coud have greater grip later. Hmmm...

Being very kiasu, all of us proceed to the outdoor boulder. We're afraid that the PA people will start streaming in around 4pm and then we cant really practice. SO, I totally freak out when i heard that I wasnt given the practice with all the mattress below me!

The guy that belay me... He's gd. I remembered the first guy who belayed me, didnt want to let me down when i SCREAMED TO GIVE UP.

up and up, I just dont want to look down.

Wah, I didnt know this guy was doing some stunt on the next wall. Haha. Meet alot of teachers who are avid climber, mostly from the PE dept. So, they were quite steady, unlike me, being a noovie screaming my way up and down for the first trial. LOL

I prefer badminton, I guess... HAHAH

Alright, I was feeling abit reluctant to go for work on Monday ( Due to a small misunderstanding with my colleague). It's a pity that thing turned out this way. I thought we could actually work well, that sort of thing.

I'm so glad that he's there in the morning to perk things up.

My caterpillar grew into a butterfly

This was what greeted me this morning when I went back to my office, she was flapping her wings and going crazy in the small container.

I was quite happy as it was my first time keeping a caterpillar as pet! As I always didnt really believe what theory said that a caterpillar can become a butterfly in theory...

I decided to let it go, in case it died.

I guess she must be pretty hungry, she aimed at a flower immediately when she flew off the container. It's a wonderful feeling for me and her. HAHA

P.S It takes a lot of concentrated energy to hold on to beliefs that don't work.

It's been quite some time since I last blogged. All thanks to Olivia's voice that gave me the urge to 'pen' down some thoughts.

So, that's the SEED bus that came to my school some few weeks back.It's a mobile exhibition booth that allow teachers to share their teaching pedagogy with others. Since, we are all so busy, they have this to make life easier for us.

Last week, was the opening of our school gym! Yea, a fun and fitness Friday starts from that day onwards. Every Friday, we must come in sport attire and are encouraged to be active and happy and sweaty.. Erm yea, sweaty.

And I was called to demonstrate for the Mass Dance right infront, right up on stage..it turned out well, I guess.. Just that I am stiff...brrrr

Vesire, I can lead you for this workout if you all want! HAHA

Yeah, so during my free period... I went up to the music room to join them for ur first ever twister dance. I love full length mirror~!That's my partner for the dance.

Chinese New Year Eve

Yea, I woke up early in the morning, been ordered by mum to reach my grandparents' place EARLY to help them prepared the reunion dinner.

So, i dragged myself up and just got myself slackish in short and tee,then waited for my uncle to fetch me there. I got a PINKISH SURPRISE when he arrived.

He actually randomly hailed this cab on the roadside! Of course, both my sis and I were stunned and were like sua-ke in the cab.. I took pictures here and there, while the taxi uncle boasted about his experience

Aisyah brought me to this very unique xmas fancy fair today.

As you could see from here, they sell mostly accesories, sophisticated home-decor, batik dresses,handbags and stuffs. You should be able to paint a picture of what they're selling right?

Their accesories were pricey. You could spot easily a few necklaces or earings, here and there for more than $100. Of course, there are still accesories which you could take home without burning a hole in your pockets and heart.($25-$50)

But they do really have pretty pretty pieces, which you couldnt not find outside =)

I dont care if i had invited weird stare by taking picture with this tree.I'm just making sure my camera work it's function.

WAIWAI WEDDING
I woke up early today to start my 'ang bao' duty. Lols. This would be my third time being a bridemaid in the 20 years of life. I hope I can still get married because there's a superstitous saying that your cant be a bridemaid thrice or you;ll be left on shelf.

Whatever, it is... I still have 7 more weddings to go and I'll be the official bridemaid for all my sisters. I DONT CARE.. ( * Erm.. actually, I care ..but I'm not the pang-tan type)

Early in the morning looking fresh without my make-up, as I'm waiting for her friends to help me with it. You can predict that I ended up makeup-less as time was rushed and I looked disgusting in photos after I started perspiring. >.<

I would say that yesterday's dinner was formal, formal and FORMAL.

And nono, the dress code wasn't formal. The dress code in the invitation when I recieved it yesterday was indicated Lounge Suit.>.<

The formality is enough to kill me, and it's really there, that I finally understood that status does matter. Everyone was dressed so formally and it's simply another tai tai's or socialiate's mini gathering.The perfomance was professional( wah I love their violin and concert band),their dance groups and so was the delicious food.

However, we were been placed to sit with 8 other AHEMS... They made us felt so stressful and everyone at my table seemed to be so uninterested in the food.-____-"
When this man in coat(Mr Foo), asked this GENTLEMAN beside him to tuck in.. he said " Let the gentleman finished his speech first." ( He's refering to the principal who was giving a speech on stage)

I almost swallowed my tongue.

I was later shocked when he started to serve us the sharksfin when everyone was paiseh. Mr Teo Chee Hean's grand entrance was spectucular! So was his's yummy bodyguard ( *opph =X ) So cool!

I'm so thrill! I'm having another dinner at Grand Hyatt nearing the end of the month!

Finished my music theory test today at 12pm today and went out with Tm3.Haha, I regret trimming my brows. I think I still prefer bushy bushy unkempt brows then neat,slit and supposedly 'chic' brows.

We went for this budget outing day, had our meal at fast food outlet and minimize spending alot on entertainment. We even think so hard to spent $1 for this " catch soft toys machine". I hope you get what I'm describing as I don't know what's the name for that. However, we played in the arcade, daytona and the crazy hit-hit-hit game.

We discovered a min ge restaurant, where you paid like $10.50 for any drinks found in the menu , and sit in between 6.30pm to 11.30pm , listening to songs sing by ordinary ,talented folks like me and you, Their voice is speechlessly great!
BUt as I told you earlier on, we're on a budget, so we loitered outside the door before leaving reluctanly.

I'm so excited, cool me down NOW! Rar~! I'm all gear up for the floorball programme later. Yeah, I can play with my class and together we have also got 3 'ang moh' to coach them. Free lesson, might as well, I join in to learn instead of 'bay-watching' right dude? =P

I feel so paiseh now as I'm the only non-Pe teacher in my sport outfit. By it does really feel nice to just be in short and shirt and that ever comforting sport shoes.Ahh, that's life at work!

Meeting with dearies today to shop for baby's present.Shhh, surprise surprise

As usual,we were gossiping and filling up each other with the things happening in our lives.

I seldom developd any liking to pretty ornaments as I'm a very practical person.I rather spend my money on clothes,bags and shoes than on expensive, fragile 'artifacts'. But, this really caught my eyes! Fancy that pink butterfly =O, she looked so sweet sitting on the deer's tail. HeeHee.

WAH. It was a special morning as I woke up early and reported for my 2.4km run at 8am today. I was quite excited although it was just merely a run.. but to me, it's more than a run(*erm, cause I'm competitive)

Before going for the run, I thought I could comfortably 'win' a few teachers ,of course, minus out all those PE teachers. BUT I AM TERRIBLY WRONG. I was shock that even with my best timing ever of 15.35 , I came behind 2 ladies in their 30s + one uncle.

I was jogging in the same pace as this man,until I decided to 'overtake' him at the curve of the last lap. Just when I thought everything was alright, he dashed from behind to the finish line. And... this made my running position to be one # behind him.I'm such a sore loser. Wait a minute, it was not a competitive event in the first place.

Pictures to be uploaded when I gotten the pictures from them. HaHa, I did enjoyed myself and I saw Mr Osman!I learnt one thing today, Passive warm-up ( I suppose..i forget the term)

I asked one of the teacher to lead in the warm up and he said
" Don't need lah, there's already passive warm up under the hot sun blah blah..There is 2 types of warm up.. blah"

So..Passive...I just stretched a bit before starting the run.LOL and I was been encouraged to apply for PE next year

" It's good, they pay you to play games!"

Back to the deco team for this year Speech Day!
I thought I could decorate properly and all those stuffs since I was in School function team in the past.. But I was wrong, as I had to do all the things from scratch with my team. This includes the doing of the banner with spray paint and 'scraping' off the previous year work on the banner. * Cross my fingers* I hope we really could come up with the proposed design!

Then, he started to give all excuse about not able to wear the cap, in such condition and location and blah... that I decided to drop off that idea.

Whatever... he still need to stay there for 2 years , plenty of chance to come HAHAH

Hi Girls, been like MIA from the net since 5 Oct ( looking at the last entry) =O
Shock at my lagness! I just realise that I should come and soak online for a few hours to relieve those old days memories before crumbling back to my work.

I recieved another letter and a sweet today! These are really good encouragements and they made my day.Though, it's raining heavily outside, but i'm beaming widely bursting with happiness. It's Children's day tomorrow and we were all busy preparing ourself with presentssss for those angels (for whom u called them).Initially i thought my cheapo pencil and lollipop were be ' hiam' by them. I thought they have mechanical pencil vs my pencil AND bags of candy vs my lollipop.

Surprisely, they loved it, and I felt awefullly appreciated. * Hearts*

I heard one boy saying " I take for my baby" and he choosed a pink pencil. How sweet~~

It was a busy week and it ended with a chalet!!

Yesterday was a great chill out time together with the TM4 girls =) Weehx

Before meeting June, the three of us went on a quick 'spree' to get her a pressie at INK. It seemed like the attitude of the salegirl was rather bad, however I supposed it got to do with her long hours of standing? Whatever, eventually we still gotten the bag from the shop despite her attitude. Just have to be less petty, more OPEN-MINDED to other's attitude

Well, next up was dinner at Shokudo Japanese Food Bazzar~

Hunny and June ordered some omelette too, together with clam chowder soup? jellyfishhiee and a cold dish

I think after the main course, my stomach cells are screaming for dessert, so off I go together with val to hunt for some sweets for the sweet. HAHA

gross~ I cried in the cinema again today. It was quite a funny experience when I had to hold my tears and breathe through my mouth. ( FOr fear that my sobbing will stir my sister's attention)

I thought it was another forgetable movie, with low climate and ever slow moving plot. I was even proven that I was right in the beginning when a brownie cutie doggie begun running about with a cute girl chasing behind it.

Slowly, the message behind started to surface when love,sincerity and responsibility were illustrasted through events that finally dawn on some meaningful conclusion to those 10 promises.

The complaint for the day was to wait for 3 hours just for the movie to start. It's so boring and we ended up eating and eating our time away, there's nothing simply irresitable for me to shop anyway.

gosh! A doc actually talked to me in the staff lift today, but guess what?
I didnt reply him, cause I was in shock. He then walked out from the lift at level 5 in silent.

I guess he must have been quite worn out after doing an operation as he was still in that greenie outfit. He walked into the lift and stare at a patient from level and asked me " Is the child spastic?"

I was already looking at him and thinking to myself that " the doc is so rude"
and now... after thinking about his question, shouldn't he as a doctor be able to identify a spastic child and not asked a noob . He should be more sensitive. The daddy who had used the staff lift has shown his intention to avoid weird stare from ignorant.

A beautiful nice saturday where I stay home to slack =)
I was slowly packing my things on my table when it suddenly dawn on me that times indeed flies..

I was pasting all my graduation photos into the photo album,and recalling back all those memories..

and the best part was....

after the CCN day, Tm4 ( june, val, hunny + shan) gathered all the left over colourful helium balloon. We then walked to the pavement behind As foodcourt and street soceer court, formed a circle holding each other hand..making a wish and then let the balloon fly into the sky with our wishes written on it.

back then, we were still in year 1 ..so cute right?

words really cant express how appreciative I am to know them, althought the times that we spent together was short but our bond is there =)

and I happened to browse through a photo album where it just gave my heart a sharp pain. Anyway, I packed all the memories in a pink hello kitty box and planned to keep that away.

Yipee after work today was gathering with justIn and wei jie together with guay gen^^
It was quite a random gathering as we only decided this at the very last hour and I thought that it'll be nice to know how they're doing also.. furthermore, it's FRIDAY

Went To imperial kitchen for dinner, it's GG recommendation for the la mian and xiao long bao. As usual, I couldnt finished such a big bowl of noodle. But, I find the xiao long bao nice =)
It was nice talking over meal, with GG stirring and adding more seasoning to make the jellyfish taste more appetizing.LOLX and with wj's entertaining comment.

Glancing at my left, I could see weiliang swallowing down his bowl of oily chilli la mian . Sorry~~ I didnt know that it'll be rush for you to go back to camp.Opphx, if you kenna imprisoned in camp next week dun blame us .LOLX

Following dinner was a brisk shopping @ charles n K plus topshop... den justin the 'organizer' joined us. Hello.... we already finished dinner.. lolxx

WAH i LOVE JUNE! 5th JUne =P

it all started on wednesday night when it was around 11 plus, when my brother suddenly popped out of his room to say " I'm hungry, let's cut the cake."

I was like so -_______- can, how can you treat my birthday so shabbily!!!! He then threatened that it's either I cut my cake for supper yesterday night or I would have to celebrate it myself this morning before my work ALONE.

lolx, of coure I went along with his idea and we had such great fun!
we were doing stupid stuffs like trying to stand a distance away and blow off each other candle. I was kind of full of feeling when I see my mum deco-ing the cake with 2 big candle. Jus imagine... my cake was only brightened up with one candle 10 years ago.

Just what had I done for the past 20 years? =)

When it was near midnight, my Hp started to get noisy and spammed with SMSsss

i was simply shocked cause everyone seemed so normal at work except for the birthday wishing.
It was pretty cool to celebrate my bdae tt KK pharmacy as 20 years ago,I was BORN RIGHT THERE! I have to urge to find the doc who delievered me and passed a slice of cake to him.

the cake was heavenly sweet, chocolate marshmellow flavoured with a top sinfully rich layer of coco that splattered on the thin milkish sponge.Following that treat, was a slacking off giggling girly jokes around the patient's waiting area.

We laughed all the way to Marina square and on the bus, they asked me to unwrap the present before we reached MS. Being the usual imaginative me, I thought they had some surprise for me that would caught me off guard at MS. But, It was just me who think too much.

Thanks Guay Gen, Audrey ,Mathilda for getting me the present~!! Love that as well =)

Dinner was settled at Ministry of Food with the addition of Collin who was 'MC' for work today.

The PPT comprises 5 separate tests:

The first is a short agility run of approximately 17 seconds.

2 participants will then rally-play in a game of badminton.

The third test will be a possession game similar to basketball. 4 offensive players will try to maintain possession of the ball with 2 defenders trying to take it away.

This will be followed by a gymnastic test which will include a forward and backward roll, a balancing arabesque and a choice of either a cartwheel, headstand or handstand.

The final test will be a 25 metre swim using any style and at the participant´s own pace.

I think i might just drown in that pool and gain some sympathy from the interviewer panel .

Let me learn how to swim in 2 weeks and then jump for that 25m swim at ease...

YUmmY, it's was a great dinner tonight with a bunch of funny and nice colleague and thanks to Justin the pharmacist who gave us a treat at piZzaHut. Of course, we were abit paiseh and we paid abit for it too =)

Next up, we went to swenson to have dessert! Buy one sundae and get one free with the coupons! yea so , on average each of us spent only $5 to have the sundae of our choice which was quite worth it.

Whao~ I went for Ms Tan's piano recital on labour day, which make it the second piano recital attended for this year ^^

after that, I rushed home cause I'm planning a surprise for daddy and mummy WEdding ANNIversaRy ~!!!

Erm, not those big fat one that people step on and squashed it, but rather those tiny weenie one found inside vegetables *

Yeap, mummy and I were plucking veggies yesterday when we chanced upon snail snail. Oh mine, it managed to live inside my fridge when it was all wrapped up with the veggies. Can you imagine how it managed to survive all the way from malaysia??

So i kept it in a container, as shown above.. I don't have to circle my snail in red right ? I know it's not as big as zihui's blackie =P

...... and my snail just died when I came back from work today with the greenie leaf having black patches and I see water droplet in it.

So what's the big big fuss over this leap year thingz, a date which I had never give much concern too...

haha, it' been a pretty busy and interesting day for me. Earlier this afternoon, I went out with mummy and yi ma to buy some baby clothes for my little nephew ^^, plus thos baby ling ling long long braclet for him. Ahhh, dumb dumb, I couldnt load my pictures up from my phone to lappie =(

we went to explore chinatown abit, and walked here and there until we reached cityhall.

shan is so healthy to wake up bright and early to jog at reservoir. Yes, jog and i managed to finish one round with some strolling ( abit ). Haha, it's good to breath the morning air . I love that =)
it's so fun to play the swing, swinging to and fro and and ... just sitting down peacefully facing the reservoir enjoying the music. Haha, wanted to snap some pictures to blog it up here, but very mafan to bring a HP during jogging.

anyway, just happy n satisfied today cause I did something which I might not have done it again in the future. I actually managed to carry out my random ideas, thanks to someone who was so patient and easy going . So fun, if only life could be so random , random and random.

Lolx, I could still recall the days where shell would drag us to any of these exhibition =P

and whao whaoo... i saw this guy is SHUAI DAOOO, okiee he stood beside a army vehicle or sth. Iwanted to take picture, but act cool again, cause i didnt want him to think that he's like so shuai so shuai dat stupid gers like me, are snapping pictures of him.

Weeeh~ HunnY and I happened to explore one of the arcade in town , back in CHina on our last night out at NANCHANG. Wooh~ quite a happening place and those game machines there are so much better than singapore. Better deal, cheap too HAHA

Hunny and I were practically crazy sitting there for like 3 games?? yea lah yea lah.. not very crazy after all.. hahah 3 gamess. tsk.. we were supposed to hit the drum... so we zi high againx..

The giant screen on the table top shows the ocean bed that lies deep deep down in the ocean. There's fishes swimming around and you are the stingray or whatever fierce naughty fish to eat thos innocent cutie nemo....

after which, since we missed the bus back to school.. the last bus was 9.30pm.

We went to eat and slack at Macdonald, planning what to do at guangzhou airport since we were going to hae 4 hrs there.. weehhxx, then then princess hunn and shannie took a cab back to out palace ( the cold hostel room) before 11pm, before the main entrance closed.

This was the car that sent us to the airport in the morning. I was quite shocked that they actually gotta such a nice car to sent us off.. haha..

That's the amount of luggagesss that belonged only to 3 persons. Exgerating right? Haha, it was quite consoling and surprised to have 8 guys who came to our hostel door to help us carried all this things down. So.. in the end, I just walked down nicely from level 5 without any bags.HHOHO, they're so helpful, they even carried the chairs down for us .

Ilove my miao miao jie jie.. I so gonna miss her ...sobx.. She touched me by cooking this 8 bao porridge, put in my vacuum cup , ran and passed to me upon learning that I've not taken my breakfast. * melt
