weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh~~~~~~!!!!

It's AH GONG birthday today! After my piano lesson, We went over to Ahgong's place in the afternoon. See the picture above? This is what he have me.

Ah GONG : Shan, take this. You can learn what you want to cook inside.
Me: Huh? Serious ( zheng de mah?)
AH Gong: ya. Then you next time come and cook for ah gong.I have that liao, it's extra de. Give you.

That small booklet is by Knorr. It's suppose to be some chicken stock cubes recipes. Eg: How to prepare soup base, give extra boost of flavour to soap and blah~ LOL

I think I will choose to prepare Yong Tau Fu soup for ah gong bah! EASILEST MAH~~~~


And so, we reached there and waited for my uncle's arrival. Cause, he was the one responsible for ordering the cake. My uncle is very particular about food and he never fail to impress us with those sweet treats!

That's the cake. I think it is chocolate cheese cake? Basically, when u sliced it, there is 4 layers. The first layer , is obviously the topping choco cream. Second layer, the cheese cake , the layer that instantly melt once it reaches the mouth. 3rd layer, thick layer of chocolate fudge?(it's choco in colour, lol) The last layer, is creamy in colour. The last 2 layers will blend in with the cheese cake when they all melt. It's simply heavenly~~~~ But i found it a bit too sweet heehee..

I guess my cousins and all , all grow up le. So we abit paiseh to sing happy birthday song. HAHAHHAA~!! bUt we have fun disturbing ahgong in the kitchen And be those few first one to taste the fried chicken , or even pinch on those food.

Hui Si made a card for ahgong.The message is something about wishing him good health and stuff, ending with " i love you forever!"
